Automatic Outage: Radials older than 12 hours. Operator should investigate.
Outage cleared automatically. Radial files have caught up since initial reporting
Could not connect to site computer initially and did a remote power cycle to reboot the system. SeaSondeService was not running for some reason and this prevented the software licensing from being recognized. The computer was running slowly and hard drive had only 10 GB available so I deleted files to free up 53 GB of disk space and restarted the machine.
Status switched to 'Closed'
